Lead a Team

One of the greatest joys of past team members is growing to the point of leading their own team.  Few things will challenge and bless you more than watching God work through you to bring a group of individuals together to become a team. 

If you are called by God to lead a WWYC team, begin praying immediately about where that team might come from.  It might be a group from church, work, a campus ministry, or your family. 

A team leader retreat in early to mid January of each year as well as conference calls with WWYC staff and other team leaders will fully equip you to lead your team to and from your mission point.
