| To Love and Accept Children Unconditionally
In so many young people's lives, their being accepted by others is based on how they look, where they come from, or what they own. We believe those terms of acceptance are not God's terms of acceptance. Created in his image, he loves and accepts us just as we are. That's what we do with young people who attend our camps.

Some kids are happy to be at our camps. Some are forced to be there. Some come from enviable situations and some from nightmarish. Regardless of their appearance, health, race, or even openness to God, we love them and accept them right where they are.
That's what we do.
Allow Christ to demonstrate his love through us.
Day after day, year after year.
And eternity is changed as a result.
| A young lady named Zhenia attended a WWYC camp a few years ago. She was not pleased that we had rules and expected the children to obey them.
At the end of the first day of camp, Zhenia asked what she had to do to get kicked out of camp. Our Camp Director explained that Zhenia could go home whenever she wanted, but to please give it 24 hrs. Zhenia stayed through the next day, and began to see Christian love and community lived out by the American and Russian teachers. She remained in camp through its entirety, and participated and enjoyed all of the activities.
On the last day of camp, during her final small group time, Zhenia made a comment to her teachers: "I've never known anyone who loved me for no reason."
Praise God for allowing this young lady to experience the unconditional love and acceptance of Jesus Christ!
